An immersive, participatory experience exploring the body as our first territory and our relationship with nature, identity and community. Through guided movement, sensory awareness, creative expression and collective reflection, participants are invited to reconnect with themselves, one another and the living environment. Mainly in English; no previous artistic experience is required.
